To opt-in your team:
Step 1- Complete the Roster form below and email to rosters@hoopsanddreams.org
Step 2- Click the link above to access to BBCS.
Step 3- Create a new account or login into your existing account.
Step 4- If you created a new account or this is your first event of 2008, click the Create Team button
Step 5- Enter your team's information and click Submit
Step 6- At the very bottom of the screen that appears select Edit Team Events.
Step 7- On the long list that appears find "Gate City Classic" and click the checkbox next ot it. Scroll down to the bottom and click Submit.
Step 8- Click the Edit Coaches button and enter each coach or other person who sits on the bench
Step 9- Repeat the process under the Edit Team button for each player on the team. If a player is not entered here they CANNOT play.
Step 10- Until all steps above are completed, your roster and check are received you are not entered into the tournament.
Hotel Information: Please choose from the one of the following hotels. More will be coming. You MUST ask for the "Hoops and Dreams" rate to receive the rates below and book by July 15th. However, with many events going on during this time rooms will fill up fast. We recommend you book as soon as possible.
