Please fill out the Roster form below(if you are registering by mail)- and email it to us @ rosters@hoopsanddreams.org by September 20. Handwritten/Faxed rosters will NOT be accepted. A team is not registered until payment and roster form have been received by Hoops and Dreams. Registering online is the best way to ensure this happens quickly.
