Coach at High Point Central (21th season) and is the director/founder of Hoops and Dreams. Kenny's teams have played in 7 State Championships and have won 5 NC State Championships. Kenny has a current record of 519-96.
Kenny has been named the NC Associated Press Coach of the Year, and has won numerous conference and county awards. Kenny has also coached the prestigious NC East/West All Star Game and the North/South All Star Game.

Dana Conte served as the head coach of High Point Andrews from 2001 to 2006. In just five years, Dana turned a young team into a state playoff contenting team. Dana brings 17 years of high school and AAU experience to the Hoops staff. He has coached AAU on various levels and has qualified on both the state and national levels.
However, Dana's biggest contribution comes from his constant networking of players and colleges. Dana has been involved with over 150 players in scholarship process and has helped college attendance grow from 12 schools in 1996 to the over 75 that now attend Hoops and Dreams events.

Terry Haire is the founder in 1991 of the Garner Flames AAU program in Raleigh, NC, and has served as President since that time. He has coached for 12 years with the Flames winning 9 Regional Championships, 5 State Championships, and 3 top 20 National finishes. He has coached 35 scholarship players and one player who is currently in the WNBA.
Terry has also worked with numerous recruiting camps as well as college camps. Currently, Terry is serving on the McDonald's High School All American nominating committee. Terry Haire has been a staff member with Hoops & Dreams since 1998.

Delaney Rudd- Director NC Basketball Academy

Attended and played basketball at Wake Forest University 1981-1985. Played in the NBA with the Utah Jazz, Portland Trailblazers and then went to France. In France Delaney went on to be the MVP three years and runner-up to MVP in the Euro League. Delaney's #4 Jersey was retired last season in France. Making him the first American player to receive this honour in Europe. Delaney has built his program based on dedication to hard work. He believes that focused training along with desire to play, can increase the players chances to play at the highest college level.
